This unit has been manufactured from 1.5mm thick AISI 316L plates.

The thickness of our plates was a key factor for the decision maker as past experience with others offering Heat Exchangers with thinner plates was not successful at all.

Heat transfer area is 800.47m² and the installed heat transfer coefficient is 1,695w/m°K.

The corrugated plate design provides theoretically higher clean heat transfer coefficient under very low pressure drops but it seems that there is a quite serious gap between theory and practice.
