That's what inspired us to shake up this sippable beverage that blends the very best flavors of summer and fall. Enter our refreshing ginger beer cocktail featuring notes of orange and pomegranate.
With a dash of orange bitters, fresh pomegranate juice, and a bubbly ginger beer mixer, this light yet potent cocktail strikes just the right balance. Layered with dry vermouth, ice, pomegranate seeds and an orange peel garnish, this subtly tart beverage is sure to whet your appetite for all the rich fall flavors to come later this year.

Pomegranate Ginger Beer Cocktail Ingredients Serves 1 4 ounces extra dry vermouth3 tablespoons pomegranate juice (or liqueur if you can find it)2 dashes orange bitters1 tablespoon pomegranate seedsIceGinger beer, to topOrange peel, for garnishDirections Pour the vermouth, pomegranate juice or liqueur, orange bitters, pomegranate seeds, and ice into a shaker cup and stir the mixture lightly until the cup is chilled. Add ice to your cocktail glass of choice, then pour the drink mixture over the ice, leaving some room at the top. Top the drink off with a splash of ginger beer and garnish the glass with an orange peel. You can add more pomegranate seeds to the top of the drink, for a finishing touch. Serve immediately!
